My Review

Dance so you don’t cry

This is a very special debut by Leonie who's writing is very engaging, the characters are relatable with dynamic relationships. Cara is one strong female character, and I just loved her! She is recovering from a serious injury and channels this through her music. When work means she has to collaborate with Javi, who seems so different to Cara as he lives life to fullest, failed at many things and appears to just want to have fun. For Cara her singing and music is serious and she doesn't understand how this collaboration will work. That is until she hears the song Javi has written and then meets him in person..... can opposites really work together? What if there is more to Javi than the stories?
Leonie covers difficult topics such as injuries and family dynamics delicately and realistically. 
. My heart is just full after reading this, I simply love the magic Christmas can bring, no matter what you have been through! I can not wait to read more from Leonie.
